JAYHAWKS ADD SENIOR GUARDPrepStars.com staff
Kansas added to its 2012 class by getting Seattle wing Anrio Adams. A 6-3 WG at Seattle (WA) Rainier Beach, Adams chose KU despite not drawing much attention as a potential target throughout the summer and to this point in the fall. His commitment is contingent upon his academic standing being in good shape, and if all goes according to plan he should enjoy a nice career in Lawrence. Adams is a very athletic transition scorer who was inconsistent on the travel circuit. He clearly possesses top-100 talent, but his production tended to be hit or miss. At Kansas, however, he’ll obviously received very good coaching and has the quickness to thrive in KU’s defensive system. |
